La Flémingîte

In this house at the foot of the forest but 5 minutes from the city center and the motorway, come and recharge your batteries on the heights of Scionzier located about 30 minutes from Annecy, Chamonix, Geneva, and 20 minutes from Lake Passy but also a few kilometers from the ski slopes. In this gite and bed and breakfast on the Col de la Colombiere road (Tour de France) you will find a heated and covered swimming pool from April to September, a petanque court, a trampoline, a ping-pong table, a brazier, a very large plot with orchard (homemade jam served for breakfast), parking, a closed garage for motorcycles and much more (see description).

You can find all the activities necessary for a good holiday nearby (skiing, hiking, paragliding, lake, fishing, etc.) and starting from the hiking trails house at the foot of Bargy.

Housing side in this part of the houseexclusively reserved for travelers and completely renovated you will have access to one of our 4 bedrooms all equipped with bathroom and toilet, you will share the rest of the house (kitchen living room dining room) with the other travelers present. Possibility of privatizing the whole of this house as a gite for 10 people.

Thierry and Isabelle your hosts will have the pleasure of welcoming you to recharge your batteries, we will remain at your disposal on site in the other part of the house.
